Subscriptions and Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple in-app purchases. Subscription status and entitlement handling may use RevenueCat.
- Pricing and billing terms are shown in the app before purchase.
- Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
- You can restore eligible purchases using the in-app restore option.
Use Rules
You agree not to misuse Habitoro. This includes attempts to interfere with app functionality, bypass premium gates, reverse engineer protected components, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Habitoro, including its design, branding, artwork, and code, is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
Disclaimer
Habitoro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the app will be error-free in all environments.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Habitoro and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or website.
Termination
