Subscriptions & Billing
All subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Payment methods, billing history, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions.
- Request refunds through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore Purchases
- Open Habitoro.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Troubleshooting
- Force close and reopen Habitoro.
- Restart your iPhone.
- Update to the latest Habitoro app version from the App Store.
- Update iOS if a newer version is available.
