Subscriptions & Billing

All subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Payment methods, billing history, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple.

  • Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions.
  • Request refunds through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore Purchases

  • Open Habitoro.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Tap Restore Purchases.
  • Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

Troubleshooting

  • Force close and reopen Habitoro.
  • Restart your iPhone.
  • Update to the latest Habitoro app version from the App Store.
  • Update iOS if a newer version is available.
